Rihanna is being sued for not performing at a concert in Nigeria...

A guy named Chris Ubosi and his company is claiming that he struck a deal with a rep for Rihanna and Jay-Z back in 2013 for a concert. In the deal Rihanna would have been paid $425,000 for a 65 minute performance.
According to Ubosi, the show was meant to go down in May of that year. In addition, Ubosi had made 3 payments adding up to $160k. But the show got postpone by Rihanna's camp. Ubosi agreed to Rihanna's camp terms only if she put the reschedule date on her social media.
Now, Ubosi is suing Rihanna and Jay-Z for not performing and wants his money back.
According to TMZ, reps close to Rihanna and Jay-Z believe that they were scammed. In a statement to TMZ, "Rihanna, Roc Nation nor anyone associated personally or professionally with either party was in contact with this person. Unfortunately this person was scammed. Rihanna nor Roc Nation collected any money for this event."
