Fate? Newlyweds share romantic birth date, wedding date, have appropriate last name

MORRISON, Colo. — This couple was made to be together. They were not only born on the same day a few years apart but their Valentine’s Day wedding was also the perfect romantic date for the newlyweds.

Tyler and Lacy were both born on Feb. 14, so they celebrated their 27th and 30th birthday at their black-tie wedding in Morrison, Colorado, the couple said on their website.

Normally that would be enough to decide to get married on Valentine’s Day.

But they had another reason to get hitched on the day that’s all about romance.

Tyler’s last name is, what else, but Valentine, KUSA reported.

So the new Mr. and Mrs. Valentine were not only born on Valentine’s Day, they got married that day too.

They agreed on the Feb. 14 date early in their relationship, Lacy Valentine told KUSA.

“When I met him, I was like ‘If we get married, we’re getting married on our birthdays,’” she told the news station.

The Valentines wrote on their wedding website, “We met by a heavenly fate. A true match made in Heaven!”
