Despite the coronavirus pandemic, the show must go on.
The Hollywood Foreign Press Association announced the nominees for this year’s Golden Globes Awards. The announcements were hosted Wednesday by Sarah Jessica Parker and Taraji P. Henson.
Wednesday’s announcement was the first time the nominees were named in a virtual setting.
The 78th Golden Globes will be held Feb. 28 and will be hosted by Tina Fey and Amy Poehler, who have hosted three times in the past in 2013, 2014 and 2015. Fey will be on the East Coast in New York’s Rainbow Room, while Poehler will host from the West Coast from the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills. Nominees will be in various locations around the world.
