One clever real estate professional got in the “Halloween” spirit by including the person you don’t want to see in a new home — fictional knife-wielding maniac Michael Myers.
The listing posted on Friday immediately went viral across social media. The first open house was on Oct. 1.

The real estate professional behind the creative listing, Tommy Bolduc, told WMUR that he and the sellers were “big horror fans.”
“It was something fun that we decided to do, I believe that we all need to take it easy and have a laugh every once in a while, and that was the intent,” Bolduc told WMUR.
Myers can be seen lurking in dozens of photos of the inside and outside the Weare home.
You can check the listing out here if you’re in the market for a new home — without Myers, of course.
