The New York Times on Sunday released an investigative analysis of more than two decades of U.S. President Donald Trump’s tax returns, revealing evidence of chronic financial losses and years of tax avoidance.
According to the The Times' report, Trump paid $750 in federal income taxes both the year he won the presidency and his first year in office, but he paid nothing in income taxes in 10 of the previous 15 years.

In the wake of the Trump tax return revelations, a few celebrities who have had run-ins with the law over their taxes are trending on social media.

One of those celebrities currently with a viral hashtag is Wesley Snipes. The 58-year-old actor was acquitted of felony federal tax fraud and conspiracy charges, but convicted of failing to file tax returns from 1999 to 2004. He faced up to three years in prison on the charges, and he received the maximum sentence.
